Grand Targhee Resort is a year-round destination situated on the western slopes of the Tetons in the Caribou-Targhee National Forest. Throughout the Summer you will find over 56 miles of multi-use trails and 2,200 vertical feet of lift serviced downhill trails, horseback riding, disc golf, and other fun activities! Grand Targhee is the perfect base camp for your summer adventures with Grand Teton National Park directly to the East and Yellowstone National Park to the North. During the Winter Grand Targhee has 2602 skiable acres and averages over 500 inches of snow per season. Throughout the winter you will experience some of the best powder on earth, along with the serenity and beauty of the Tetons. This position manages and oversees overall operations of the Front Office Department. Responsible to oversee the front desk, switchboard, and night audit operations. This includes hiring and supervising of staff, establishing policies and best practice procedures, system operation and training (including but not limited to; RDP, Sirusware, Inntopia, Microsoft Office programs), and guest relations. The Front Office Manager is required to work successfully in close partnership with Guest Services, Reservations, Accounting, the Activity Center, Base Operations, and Maintenance. This role will successfully balance the needs of lodging guests, staff, and the Resort. A key part of every employee’s job is to serve as a Targhee ambassador, engaging the guest at every opportunity.
