The BOH Supervisor's primary job is to work alongside the Chef de Cuisine and the Sous Chef to manage the preparation and execution of all banquet and restaurant food as well as manage kitchen sanitation and cleanliness. They will develop and train staff to prepare standardized a la carte and banquet recipes as well as daily specials. The BOH Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef in Weekly ordering from venders. The BOH Supervisor will also be responsible in assisting the planning and preparation of the Employee Dinning Room lunch and dinners ensuring they are completed and out by the predetermined times. Most importantly, the BOH Supervisor will encourage a positive learning environment for the entire team.

Broad knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen and restaurant best practices
