- Oversee Recreation, Admissions and Musician departments.
- Effectively handle guest needs and manage staff while keeping the departments running smoothly.
- Active participation in the profit maximization, guest satisfaction, revenue and operational effectiveness.
- Analyze financial and operating information in order to achieve budgeted labor, supplies, materials and other cost standards.
- Possess strong working knowledge of all areas of the hotel guest experience making critical decisions, with a proven track record of managing, motivating, and leading a dedicated hotel department
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with other departments
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote guest services offerings
- Monitor guest feedback and take proactive measures to address concerns
- Implement training programs to continuously improve service standards
