Grand Canyon National Park Lodges is the primary in-park concessionaire at Grand Canyon National Park, South Rim. We operate the Hotels, Restaurants, Retail Shops and Tours within Grand Canyon Village. Our business is year round, and includes support departments such as Human Resources, Engineering, MIS, Warehouses and Accounting functions. 

The EXECUTIVE STEWARD position oversees sanitation standards in the Grand Canyon National Park Food and Beverage multi unit operations, kitchen equipment, and facility cleanliness. Train new back of house personnel, maintain Safety Data Sheets for all units and oversee kitchen cleanup crews.

The ideal candidate will have three years Kitchen Steward experience or two years experience in Lead Cook or Front of House supervisory position and be able to successfully complete the ServSafe sanitation program.
