RESPONSIBILITIES
- Obtains assigned service station from manager at the beginning of the shift, prepares and is ready to assist others as needed.
- Greets and informs guests and promotions. Makes yes-yes choices available to the guest. Takes part in all sales goals and incentive programs.
- Handles guest concerns in a professional manner and takes fast and appropriate action to solve problems.
