Do you have an eye for capturing special moments?

Marketing staff is accountable for, but not limited to:

  • Responsible for the development and execution of the Ranch’s photography program
  • Attends FLL events and experiences to capture, edit and share via photo
  • Shares the FLL brand through photography
  • Manage all photography, including editing, organization and storage
  • Works with outside multimedia partners to execute FLL’s desired goals
  • Assist in fulfilling outside vendors multimedia requests
  • Provides guest communication and services relating to photography
  • Participate with local vendors (Rafting / Fly-fishing etc.) to enhance and share the guest -experience
  • Works with the Brand Ambassador to provide social media support, content and execution
  • Assist the Marketing Director with various marketing goals as needed
  • Supports video production. Including content gathering, editing etc.
  • Assists with all content management of all digital and social media platforms
  • Welcome Social Media influencers and Travel Writers to the ranch and participate in enhancing their experience
  • Expected to be a present figure during family activities and add to the guest experience, representing western life and values
  • Maintains and curates the guest’s western experience
  • Responsible for portraying a first-class service and hospitality experience in a genuine western setting
  • Works closely with FLL management and is willing to help with any additional staffing needs
  • Provide a continued level of personal guest service at Flathead Lake Lodge
  • This position reports to the Brand Ambassador

Compensation package at FLL: Hourly wage starting at $11 plus overtime, a full share in the TIP pool paid out every two weeks along with payroll (historically averages $14 per hour), Staff housing and/or meals provided for a nominal fee, Free laundry facilities & Wi-Fi, Access to all in-house activities offered to Guests, Gift shop & Family discounts, Monthly hosted staff events and FLL swag!
