About Evoke Therapy

Evoke Therapy Programs offers hope in the wilderness for teens ages 13–17, young adults ages 18–28+, and families struggling with difficulties like trauma, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, defiance, and substance abuse. Evoke provides therapy and healing from these circumstances, following a proven approach that creates lasting positive change.

Evoke meets the behavioral and mental health needs of teens, young adults, and their families, restoring wholeness and balance in the individual and in their relationships.

Early trauma, hurt, guilt, and confusion can result in a lifetime of pain and destructive behavior. Time spent in the wilderness with compassionate clinical professionals using multi-dimensional therapies can result in a clear understanding of a young person’s place in the world and can set them on a better course for the rest of their life. When your child truly understands themself, they can better manage the important relationships around them.

The Employee Experience

As a field instructor, you’ll work with a small team of instructors and therapists, teaching clients how to improve their lives and relationships. You’ll help Evoke clients discover that the secret of who they are is revealed in the wilderness, keeping them safe and secure on their journey of discovery. It’s a life-changing job that you’ll love.

All prospective Field Instructors attend a 7-day orientation period in the field. The orientation is an opportunity to experience first-hand how our program works and enjoy a week in the amazing wilderness. During the orientation you will learn about our program philosophies from your trainers who are highly experienced Field Instructors.

They will teach you how our philosophies apply in the field and role-play situations. We ask that you are open to leaving your comfort zone and trying new things. The orientation is designed to be an experiential learning process. We work with you to determine if the position is right for you. Participating in the orientation does not guarantee you a job. However, if you have been selected to participate in the orientation you have already met some of the requirements, and Evoke has high hopes for you to be hired. At the end of the orientation, you will be notified of your employment status.
