Our busy multi-season rustic lodge and lake resort, featuring rental cabins, a campground and a marina is experiencing rapid growth, and in need of hard-working, self-motivated Field Operations personnel to join our team.

The ideal candidate(s) will have excellent time management skills and a proven track record of setting and meeting ambitious goals in a leisure time environment. We’re looking for an individual(s) with the ability to provide Operational support in many different areas.  The ability to ‘wear many hats’ and adjust according to resort needs is a necessity.  The individual(s) must enjoy working outside in any type of weather conditions, have strong interpersonal skills as you are expected to communicate with team members, Management as well as customers.

Position Overview:
We are in need of a Dishwasher for day shifts for the Summer season. The ideal candidate believes in showing up on time for work, providing other employees with assistance in the kitchen as needed and following all sanitary and health related protocols. We are a busy, multi season lake resort, and are in need of hard working, self-motivated individuals to join our team. We are willing to consider advancement opportunities for the right candidate and work ethic. 

Must be willing to work varied, longer hours in a more remote lake area approximately 30 minutes from Bend, Oregon.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 
*Operate an industrial dishwasher
*Wash glassware and other implements by hand when necessary
*Empty and clean all trash receptacles
*Rotate dishes to reduce wear and tear on resources 
*Clean dish storage
*Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
*Provide assistance to prep cook and other kitchen staff as needed, especially during peak times
*Perform opening, closing and side work
*Clean up spills and broken glassware immediately 
*Report any sanitation or janitorial issues to the Sous or Head Chef immediately 

Qualifications and Skills:
*No experience required. (We are willing to train!)
*High School Diploma/GED preferred 
*Excellent thinking and time management skills
*Ability to operate industrial equipment and carry loads up to 20 lbs. 
*Willingness to work in varied environment and on your feet for 8 hour shifts

We pride ourselves on the culinary creations served from our kitchen, and are looking for experienced and passionate Line Cooks to join and support our team. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience preparing American Cuisine, enjoys working in a busy restaurant environment and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. If you have restaurant industry experience, a passion for food prep, a strong work ethic and a 'whatever it takes' attitude you are encouraged to apply. Must be willing to work varied, longer hours in a more remote lake area approximately 30 minutes from Bend, Oregon. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
*Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
*Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items
*Maintain accurate food inventories 
*Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef's food preparation instructions
*Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures 
*Rotate stock items as per established procedures 
*Restock kitchen for subsequent shifts 
*Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
*Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards

Qualifications and Skills: 
*High School Diploma/GED required
*2 + years experience as a Line Cook in the restaurant industry
*Able to read and follow standardized recipes
*Strong knowledge of proper food handling procedures
*Able to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment
*Certification preferred

*Work with Sous Chef to make sure each order has proper types and amount of side dishes

JOB SUMMARY

*Applicant must have familiarity with general commercial cleaning. Previous hotel or resort experience a plus. 
*Must be able to assist in cleaning 2, 3 and 4 bedroom cabins. 
*Must be able to work in conjunction with Operations team to identify interior and exterior issues needing maintenance and repair. 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

*High School Diploma or equivalent
*Must be detail oriented with good organizational skills
*Must be familiar with cleaning products, equipment as well as cleaning techniques
*Moderate physical effort (lift/carry up to 50 lbs)
*Frequent lifting, pushing, or carrying supplies and equipment
*Prolonged standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending and kneeling
*Must be able to work independently and follow instructions regarding prioritization of tasks
*Must be able to work outdoors, where exposure to extreme heat and cold is common
*Must at all times be able to effectively communicate with customers and other team members with a courteous and respectful attitude.

Our busy multi-season rustic lodge and lake resort is searching for an experienced Bartender/Server who is familiar with a wide variety of drink recipes and is capable of delivering consistent quality customer service. The Bartender/Server will be responsible for serving patrons at our front bar and fulfilling drink orders for the Lodge dining room and patio, monitoring the cash drawer at the bar and performing alcohol inventories at the end of each night to help in maintaining proper inventory levels.

The ideal candidate for this position is high energy, creative, enthusiastic and driven to 'exceed customer expectations'. Must have experience bartending in a high volume environment. Those with previous industry experience, knowledge of mixology and a 'whatever it takes' attitude are encouraged to apply. Principal Duties & Responsibilities (*Essential Functions):
*Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each client and maintain a safe environment 
*Keep bar area clean in accordance with the company's guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department
*Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the night and be able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally
*Mix all drinks based on serving size guidelines and maintain consistency in drink quality
*Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar and in the dining room happy and having fun at all times!
