Eleven Experience

Responsible for staying on top of all dishes and cleaning them in a timely manner. Understand all with WTW dishwashing guidelines.

Responsible for minimizing water usage and striving to be more environmentally conscious.

Able to show initiative and attention to detail. Must be able to work long hours during rush periods.

Must work well under pressure and be a team player.

 

Job Duties:

· Keep dishes done daily and keep dish area clean and sanitary.

· Responsible for maintaining health department standards.

· Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

· Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).

· Assist kitchen staff with food prep when needed

· Assist in gardening, yard work and garbage collection.

· Help feed our wonderful sled dogs each day.

· Wash glassware carefully by hand a

· Empty and clean all trash and recycling receptacles

· Follow sanitation policies at all times

· Clean up spills or broken glass immediately

· Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
