Position Purpose:
- The lodge staff is a guest-facing position that includes a variety of responsibilities embodying the Eleven standard while guests are in-house
- He/she will be asked to support and assist in executing the guest daily logistics
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:
- General guest services at Crested Butte properties (Scarp Ridge Lodge, Sopris House, Axtel)
Meal service (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
- Prepare table settings for meals
- Prepare espresso-based beverages
- Assist chefs with prep, serving, and cleanup
- Re-stock and inventory mini bars, bath amenities, and common areas
- Prepare property for guest return and/or arrival
- General housekeeping duties
- Assist housekeeping team with turndown service
- Clean and detail company vehicles
Operate technology systems
- Personal Life Manager checklists (PLM)
- Crestron touch screen panels
Assist in all Irwin Guides and Eleven transportation needs including, but not limited to:
- Airport transports
- CBMR transports
- Trailhead transports
- Gear Drop Off/Pick Up
- Grocery runs
Assist with catered events
- Birthdays
- Weddings
- Catered Dinners
Assist with general errands
- Grocery shopping
- Special guest requests
- Post office
- Lodge Errands
Bartending
- Setting up the bar, mixing and serving drinks
- Ensuring correct billing in micros
- Experience not required, but a willingness to learn is important
Special Position Requirements
- Travel between Scarp Ridge Lodge and Taylor River Lodge as necessary
- Travel to other Eleven locations as needed
- Due to the potential for early mornings or late evenings, having a personal vehicle is preferred

- Previous experience in hospitality/guest-facing environments
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Willing to work specifically to meet guest needs – early mornings and late evenings if need be
