As a subsidiary of Delaware North successful associates have the ability to pursue future employment at any of our hundreds of locations across the country including operations in National Parks such as Sequoia, Kings Canyon, Grand Canyon, Shenandoah and Glacier!
We search for associates who possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude and that ability to handle a physical work load and a fast paced atmosphere. Our most successful associates are individuals who are team players that enjoy giving quality customer service, are passionate about and enjoy the outdoors and the beautiful area that we call home.
We have both year round and seasonal positions available. Summer season positions typically begin in May and go through October, with a possibility to extend to the winter season.
Winter positions ideally start in early to mid-December and go through March, with a possibility to extend to the summer season.
Room and Board
We offer housing for seasonal and year round associates on site! Our housing is either two bedroom, one bath or one bedroom, one bath cabins. There are no cooking facilities in the cabins, however we do offer a meal plan.
Total cost for housing and meals is $93/week and is deducted directly from each paycheck.

Associates are eligible for one free tour, on a space available basis with our Yellowstone Safari's operations.
30% discount on most items in the Yellowstone General Stores.
Many local companies offer discounts for activities such as ziplining and whitewater rafting.
Getting Here and Getting Around
Arriving by Car - U.S. Residents with their own transportation can travel straight to Gardiner on Check In Day. Associates will be allowed to check-in to housing two days before their start date.
Arriving by Air - The nearest airport is Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN). Bozeman is 90 miles north of West Yellowstone. We provide transportation to those arriving by air or bus in Bozeman (BZN). We ask that you arrive the day before to be ready for pickup on your Check In Day. International J1 Work & Travel Students who have not yet applied for their social security cards are required to arrive and be picked up in Bozeman.
- U.S. Residents can fly into Salt Lake City (SLC). We do not provide transportation to West Yellowstone but you can schedule bus transportation with Salt Lake Express https://saltlakeexpress.com.
Arriving by Bus - Greyhound https://www.greyhound.com/ is available from most cities in the U.S. to Bozeman, MT. In order to be picked up in Bozeman you must contact Human Resources to arrange a pick up.
Hotel Accommodations - Bozeman offers many hotel choices providing free airport shuttle.
Hostel - Treasure State Hostel http://treasurestatehostel.com/index.html is a low cost alternative to high cost hotel accommodations. Treasure State Hostel starts at $28/night. Transportation around Gardiner - Gardiner is a small town, having your own vehicle isn't a necessity. Most places are a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment facilities. Having a bike is helpful to get around town.
Enjoy the convenience of living in a small Montana town, while being just minutes away from the North Entrance to the nation's oldest national park! In the summer you can fish in the hundreds of miles of blue ribbon trout water surrounding Gardiner, hike, mountain bike or explore ghost towns, Yellowstone, Grand Tetons and more!
Check out the hot springs in the area! World famous nearby Chico Hot Springs and Yellowstone Hot Springs! Would you prefer stillwater fishing? At approximately 15 miles long and four miles wide, nearby Hebgen Lake is a premier stillwater fishing destination.
Other activities available in the area include rafting, horseback riding, tubing and boating.
In the winter you can explore hundreds of miles of snowmobiling and cross-country skiing trails. Do you enjoy downhill skiing or snowboarding? Gardiner is just 90 minutes from Bridger Bowl and just over two hours from Big Sky, home to some of the most diverse skiing and snowboarding trails among breathtaking vistas.
