About Deer Valley Resort
Since opening in 1981, Deer Valley Resort has been committed to providing a level of service rarely found in the ski industry, delivering classic, consistent quality service both on and off the mountain.
The Employee Experience
Deer Valley Resort provides staff members with a healthy, fun and positive work experience in a setting that encourages camaraderie and a feeling of being “part of the family.” We are committed to our philosophy of the “Three Circle Model,” which promotes taking care of the guest, taking care of the company, and taking care of each other. Our commitment to this philosophy keep our staff returning year after year.
Our staff, known for being welcoming, knowledgeable, attentive and approachable, pride themselves on the exceptional customer service they provide. The Deer Valley three-circle business model teaches employees to find the balance between taking care of the guest, the company and each other. They are encouraged to emulate a professional and friendly attitude at all times.
Australia and New Zealand Working Holiday Visa
Spend a year working and traveling in the United States on the 12-month Working Holiday J-1 visa through CCUSA's Summer Work and Travel program. This is a one-time only visa, and is offered by the U.S. Government for a limited period. If you are eligible, now is the time to take advantage of this opportunity. You can only work on this visa while you are a full-time student or recent graduate, so don't miss your chance!
Deer Valley Resort will not be participating in the H-2B visa program for the 2017 - 2018 ski season. We will continue to evaluate the status of the program for future seasons.
