Work with maintenance team to address all maintenance related issues on property to include minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance tasks.

Hosts greet restaurant guests upon their arrival and help seat them. Hosts often help deliver food to tables and clear tables when guests leave.

Ensure that all dishware and food preparation utensils are clean, sanitize and put away in a timely and safe manner.

Employee possesses advanced carpentry, plumbing and general maintenance skills. Must be able to identify and resolve problems with little to no direction or supervision. Lead by example for General Maintenance I and Maintenance Utility employees

The Cook prepares tasty meals according to corporate recipes and presentation expectations to deliver an extraordinary guest experience. Training is provided to increase skills and understand company expectations. This is your opportunity to enhance your resume by learning new skills and being part of a fun and close-knit team.

Night Porters work late afternoon evening shifts. Responsibilities include ensuring that guest area grounds are neat and clean. Porters also service the public restrooms to ensure that they meet our standards. Additional COVID requirements require some additional maintenance in the public areas. Responding to guests' requests are part of this job.

Entry Level Maintenance position. Typically limited maintenance experience. Must be very willing to start at the bottom, learn and grow.

Porters respond to guest needs and requests as well as staff. They are responsible for ensuring that the grounds are always clean and tidy. Often called upon to assist other departments.

Provide exemplary service to all guests enjoying the company's restaurant and saloon. This includes timely and efficient response to requests and accurate processing of checks and money handling.

Responsible for ensuring that guest rooms are prepared in a timely manner and to the standards expected by guests at Stovepipe Wells Village.

Provide two (2) days of relief to the regular Night Auditor. The three remaining days of the week are scheduled as Front Desk Associate assisting guests with check ins/outs and requests.

Cooks whose advanced skills allow them to follow company recipes without direction. Lead Cooks also lead by example as they work the line. They are expected to mentor new Cooks.

The EDR Cook's primary responsibility is to provide great meals for the employees. This Cook might be called upon to help on the line if needed.

The EDR Attendant ensures that employees take correct meal portions and that only employees or approved visitors are in the EDR.

Kitchen Steward is responsible for ensuring that all foods are labeled and stored correctly in the freezers/coolers. Additionally, tasks include ensuring the the food prep, cooking and EDR areas are clean. Grease traps in the line area. This is an overnight position

All of the same responsibilities as that of a Server. In addition to those, Lead Servers train new hires and cover hours when the Restaurant Manager isn't on the floor.

In addition the guest interface requirements that the Front Desk Associate position includes, Lead Front Desk Associates assume more responsibility in mentoring new hires and supporting the Lodging Manager.

Responsible for shuttling employees to and from Beatty when required. May do mail runs, miscellaneous runs to Las Vegas etc.
