Here at Crystal Mountain Ski Resort, Washington State’s premier ski area, we strive to hire enthusiastic and personable employees to join us for a winter of fun at one of the best places on earth. With over 2,600 acres of in bounds terrain, a vertical drop of 3,100 feet and an average of 350” of snow during winter, our employees have plenty of opportunities to take advantage of. Stop thinking “what if” and make the choice to experience a winter you will never forget! Winter season typically runs from mid-November to mid-April.
Crystal Mountain has employment opportunities available for friendly, guest service oriented individuals. We are looking for hard working, enthusiastic team players dedicated to helping us deliver exceptional service to our guests.
Room and Board
On mountain employee housing is limited and assigned to employees based on department and job. All housed employees must be 21 years or older. We offer dormitory style housing (1-4 people per room). A deposit of $300 is required. You will be required to sign a housing agreement before moving in. The housing fee will be deducted from employee's paycheck.

Getting Here and Getting Around
The nearest airport to Crystal Mountain is SeaTac Airport, which is 70 miles away. You are on your own for getting to our location.
Driving Directions from cities within Washington -
From Seattle: Drive south on I5, take exit 142A to Auburn, follow Hwy 164 to Enumclaw and Hwy 410 east for 33 miles, turn left onto Crystal Mountain Boulevard and drive 6 miles to the resort. Hwy 410 is closed east of Crystal Mountain during the winter.
From Bellevue: Drive south on I405 to Hwy 169. Follow Hwy 169 through Maple Valley into Enumclaw. Turn left on Hwy 164 (Griffin Ave) and follow through town to Hwy 410. Follow Hwy 410 east 33 miles to the turn off to Crystal Mountain Boulevard.
From Tacoma: Travel east on Hwy 512, or north on I5 to Hwy 167 to Hwy 410. Thirty three miles past Enumclaw turn left onto Crystal Mountain Boulevard.
