Room and Board
Here at Crater Lake we offer dormitory housing for $8.50 per day per person, via paycheck deduction. Employees residing in our housing typically share a room with 2-3 roommates and have their own single bed and wardrobe style closet.
Employee dormitories include shared recreational areas, television areas, community bathrooms, community showers, and community kitchens.
Please know that couples housing is extremely limited and cannot be guaranteed.
We have a limited number of RV sites for applicants with motorhomes or trailers. Site charge is $35 per week (per site, not per occupant) and includes electricity, water, and sewer.
We have two small Employee Dining Rooms (EDR), offering three meals per day. We do not have a traditional meal plan, but rather, meals are charged only as eaten via payroll deduction. Breakfast = $3.25, Lunch = $4.00, and Dinner = $4.75. If you choose not to eat in the EDR, we have community kitchens available for cooking in the dorms. There is limited fridge and freezer space available for food storage.
- We offer a 30% discount on most retail items and a 20% food discount at the Café and Annie Creek Restaurant
Getting Here and Getting Around
For employees arriving via bus or plane, we will provide transportation from Medford, Oregon to the park. We encourage employees who have their own vehicles to bring them. There is plenty of parking at the dorms and you are provided a free park entrance sticker to be used for the season. Housing is generally assigned by work site allowing for a convenient commute either by employee shuttle or a short walk.
Living at Crater Lake gives you free access to some of the best hiking, biking, rock-climbing, camping, photography, wildlife viewing, and bird watching in the world! While the average visitor only has a few hours or days to spend in a national park, you have several months. Take full advantage of this amazing opportunity! We also offer an employee recreational program with parties, games, contests, and trips to various surrounding areas.
