The Group Sales Coordinator is a year-round, full-time position, essential to our larger Group Sales team. Coordinators are responsible for managing portfolios that range from school groups to large corporate clients (anywhere from 8 to 150+ guests). They craft unique and memorable experiences for these varying groups. 

The Groups Sales Coordinator is responsible for communicating the culture and services of the Santa Barbara Adventure Company, growing our Corporate & Educational group clientele, and maintaining existing relationships with partners in the Outdoor Education and Corporate Services industry. This position reports directly to the Group Sales Manager. Compensation ranges from $18-$20 based on experience. Looking to hire an exceptional candidate for immediate onboarding for the 2021 season!
