The Employee Experience

" As a new retiree, and widow, I was ready for a new adventure.  Forever Resorts, Badlands Cedar Pass Lodge, Retail manager was the perfect solution for this Florida girl!  Sharon in HR did a fabulous job keeping me staffed in the most beautiful gift shop ever.  I received great training and follow up through Forever resorts Marketing.  My two 'roomies' were such fun!  Interior Community Church became my awesome church family and I have made friendships that will last a lifetime!"  -

Cheryl Palm Harbor FL - Retail Clerk

"My Summer working in the Badlands National Park was, without a doubt the best summer of my life!!  And it quickly became one of my favorite experiences due to the wonderful work environment that Cedar Pass Lodge created and supported me in, my coworkers that instantly became friends, the amazing interaction that I was able to have with visitors, and the incredible scenery and crazy adventures that existed right outside the doors of the lodge.  I am so grateful to have gotten the opportunity to spend 3 months in the middle of a national park, and even more thankful that as soon as I became a CPL employee,  I became part of a friendly, genuine, and incredibly hard working family.  I can't wait to go back and visit, and possibly work there again!"
