CCTC is home to one of the most amazing cave systems in the world and you may even catch a glimpse of a wild javelina darting across the road on your daily commute. You can catch the free employee shuttle for the thirty minute ride south from Carlsbad to the Caverns.

The Employee Experience
Our employees get to experience the amazing wonders of the cave, shopping and dining discounts, recreation activities such as boating, hiking and sightseeing, and heck, if you're interested, a trip to Roswell's International UFO and Research Center! This is a once-in-a-lifetime work/play opportunity.
Our free employee shuttles transport all team members to and from the workplace and you will get to live in a 3-bedroom home in Carlsbad. Our employees are like family and we treat them as such. We are a small family-owned company committed to providing a meaningful work and life experience.

Room and Board
We offer a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home that 5-6 employees will share in Carlsbad. The furnishings are new and there will be 2 people per room.
The housing costs range from $75-$85 per week and depending upon your shifts, you will receive at least one complimentary meal at the Cafe daily. Other meals may be discounted while working at the cave.
Complimentary daily shuttle to and from Carlsbad is included.
We pride ourselves on offering fun, off-the-clock, activities for our employees. Sightseeing, boating, hiking and general exploration activities are offered to all seasonal employees during the summer months and you will not be bored.
Getting Here and Getting Around
One of the unique aspects of Carlsbad is its "off-the-beaten-path" location. Carlsbad is laid back and quaint. The city is not a large, hustle-bustle type of place.
The nearest international airport is in El Paso, Texas, which is a 2.5-hour drive. The Company can assist with Greyhound bus transport from the airport to Carlsbad. The cost is usually ~$45 one way and if you complete your work commitment dates, the company will pay for your return bus trip to the El Paso airport.
Bikes are only encouraged if you like to pedal around town. You will not be able to bike to work. Taxi transportation is available in and around Carlsbad.

- Guided tours in one of the most visited and dazzling Caves in all of the country to utilize your "spelunking" skills
- Nightly bat flight shows to watch the mass exodus of bats from the natural entrance of the cave as they go out to eat dinner
- Full moon hikes to star gaze and enjoy the peaceful desert sky
- Hiking trails throughout Walnut Canyon and nearby Guadalupe mountains to take in the beautiful desert landscape and wildlife
Once in a lifetime adventures in Carlsbad and the surrounding area:
