Do you love to work with kids? Are you looking to grow your administrative skills or have previous experience working with children and adults?
The person in this position will be supervising twenty+ staff and working with fifty+ campers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: working with and advising campers and staff on interpersonal and professional relationships. Programming evenings activities four nights a week and reviewing paperwork to be sent home. Assisting in the daily and ongoing functioning of camp life and most importantly, entertainer, supporter, friend, big sister/brother, and confident!
Our campers join us for 3.5 or 7.5 weeks at a time and most of our campers start around eight years of age and stay with us through young staff members. This provides us with an incredible opportunity to be impactful in the life of both children and staff. After 70 years of business, Thunderbird is a great resume builder and an enormous alumni base that spans all different fields.
