Staff members are welcome to bring their cars to camp; we have safe and ample free parking on site.
If you do not have a car, we will assist you in getting to camp. We can pick up at local bus/train stations and airports. (there is no charge for this). You will need to coordinate timing with us before you book any travel.
Our camp is self-contained, and has no public roads through it. However, we are approximately 10 minutes from grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and more.
Camp will provide transportation 1-2 nights a week for staff to local, popular shopping centers. (there is a $5-10 per person charge for this). Please note: this will be dependent on current local health protocols due to Covid-19.
We are located about an hour south of Philadelphia, an hour and a half from the beach, and about 2 hours from both New York City and Washington, DC. There are many easy and well-priced ways (buses/trains) to travel to these locations if you do not have a car.
Our local area also has several award-winning restaurants, shops, and cultural sites. We are close to Longwood Gardens, the Brandywine historical area, and Kennett Square (the mushroom capital of the world!)
