Camp Chief Ouray is Colorado's premiere overnight camp located next to Rocky Mountain National Park. 

Dates: May 24th - August 12th, 2023
Minimum Age Requirement: 18+ years of age
Location: Camp Chief Ouray in Granby, Colorado. Located on the 5,100-acre property of YMCA of the Rockies - Snow Mountain Ranch.

The Position: The Cabin Counselor provides leadership for, lives with, and cares for a cabin group of 8-10 campers in male and female identifying cabins. They are expected to work collaboratively with their co-counselor to ensure each camper’s physical, social, and emotional health and safety needs are met. They are responsible for all other aspects of the camper’s experience, with the expectation of exceptional customer service. The Cabin Counselor is responsible for organizing, planning and safely running one or more activity classes each week Must have current certification in CPR/First Aid or be willing to obtain certification.
