Burnt Pine Plantation is an up-market shooting preserve and 26-bed lodge outside of Atlanta. We are seeking a chef/cook to produce some lunch & evening set menus. The applicant should be able to prepare a buffet lunch and plate a five-course evening meals. We rotate between five different menus. Plate presentations are an important aspect of the job.

  • Some culinary training or equivalent fine dining experience.
  • Salary is negotiable based on experience.
  • Housing can be provided. 
  • Position can be seasonal Oct -Nov through March or potentially full time.
