  • Bartenders

    Front of House

    Our bartenders take care of their "rail" and also the servers' drinks that are in their area. Our bartenders provide friendly and excellent service to every guest as well as keep the beverage area clean and stocked at all times. At our Mt. Rushmore Brewing Co. location we're not necessarily looking for beer geeks - but it doesn't hurt!  Having knowledge of all the cocktails, craft beer, spirits and wine is a must, 1-2 years experience required for bartending positions. Hourly wage plus tips to equal at least $8.65 hour.  Overtime after 40 hours per week at time and a half. We provide Bartender shirts and aprons, you provide a great attitude and great customer service and you'll get great tips!

  • Hosts

    Front of House

    Our restaurant Hosts (both men and women) are the first to greet customers as they arrive and often the last to say goodbye to them as they leave. Their job is to ensure the customer is greeted, seated and served. The Host is responsible for ensuring that customers enjoy an excellent experience at our restaurants. In order to do this job well, a Host often has to be engaging and genuinely interested in the success of the establishment. They need to be professional, smile, make eye contact with the guests and to be courteous to them.  Hourly wage plus tips to equal at least $10 hour. Overtime after 40 hours per week at time and a half. We provide Host shirts, you provide a great attitude and great customer service and servers will tip you out at the end of their shifts!

  • Line Cooks

    We are looking for those that are serious about the restaurant industry and are strong team players with a 'do whatever it takes' attitude. You will be responsible for the preparation of a variety of food products including wild game, buffalo, beef, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads, and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils. Daily and shift cleaning of the kitchen area is part of the job.  Ideally, you will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking in a high volume environment with cooked to order menu. Prefer a current Food Handler's Card or Certificate. If you meet our requirements and are interested, we want to hear from you.  Hourly wage depends on experience $10-12 hour. You'll perform routine kitchen tasks such as setting up workstations and ingredients, so that food can be prepared according to recipes. A great prep cook will be quick and diligent and willing to improve on the job.
