About Brundage Mountain Resort
Brundage Mountain Resort is an independently owned ski resort located above McCall, Idaho, known for the Best Snow in Idaho™, uncrowded slopes, and an authentic mountain culture that feels increasingly rare in the ski industry.
We are big enough to offer exciting opportunities across mountain operations, hospitality, food & beverage, lift operations, ski patrol, grooming, retail, events, and more, but small enough that people know your name here. Employees are not just numbers on a schedule; they are part of the community that keeps this mountain running and help create the memorable guest experiences that bring visitors back year after year.
At Brundage, delivering genuine hospitality is just as important as delivering great skiing and riding. Whether you are helping a family experience their first powder day, serving guests in one of our lodges, or keeping mountain operations running smoothly behind the scenes, every role contributes to creating treasured mountain moments.
We are also deeply committed to sustainability and protecting the mountain environment that makes Brundage special. From operational initiatives to encouraging carpooling and responsible recreation, we strive to care for our mountain and community for future generations.
If you are looking for a season filled with adventure, hard work, meaningful guest connections, and a mountain lifestyle rooted in authenticity, you will fit right in.
The Employee Experience

Whether you are looking to grow a career in the ski industry or simply spend a season somewhere unforgettable, Brundage offers opportunities to learn new skills, connect with people from around the country, and immerse yourself in mountain living.
You can expect early mornings, busy weekends, changing weather, and plenty of stories you will tell long after the season ends.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal Brundage employee is adaptable, dependable, hardworking, and excited to be part of a mountain community. We look for people who are willing to jump in, help where needed, and bring a positive attitude even on the busiest powder days.
At Brundage, creating memorable guest experiences is at the center of everything we do. The best candidates genuinely enjoy helping others, take pride in their work, and understand that small moments like a warm greeting, local recommendation, extra helping hand, or positive attitude, can turn an ordinary day into a treasured mountain memory for our guests.
Previous resort experience is great, but not required for many roles. We value work ethic, coachability, team mentality, and hospitality just as much as experience.
You will probably thrive here if you:

Enjoy creating positive guest experiences
Work well in fast-paced environments
