Line Cook

Well established Italian restaurant seeking line cook. We do sandwiches during the day and classic Italian by night. Some experience is required and some knife skill set. For an entry level position, we need someone who can prep, build sandwiches, work a garde mange station. For the higher end of this position in pay we require a strong sauté background and the ability to build large batch sauces. We build everything in house. We've been voted best in state 11 times, published in Sunset magazine and Inlander, was on Good Morning America and Fox. This is a chef owned and operated restaurant. We're located in a charming historic mountain town in the Rockies. Tons of outdoor activities at your fingertips, two ski areas, golf course, fly fishing, camping. We run employees on 4-day work weeks with 3 in a row off. End of summer bonus and 1-week paid vacation. Housing is available.
