Come live in the Rocky Mountains and make unforgettable friends and memories while you work and play! Our Crew positions are among some of the most important jobs here at Bar Lazy J--they make everything run seamlessly and truly add a great deal to our guests' experience! Crew positions have something new to do every day of their 5 day week!
From cleaning cabins, waiting tables, doing turn-down, working in the laundry room, setting up for meals, and other miscellaneous tasks, our crew ensures that all of the details are taken care of. We seek individuals who are great with people, are detail-oriented, can work quickly and efficiently, and would love to enjoy all the amenities of a guest ranch on their time off! Although previous experience is great, we can certainly train the right individual with the right attitude, great service skills, and a willingness to learn.
Housing and excellent food (the same as our guests!) is included on top of hourly pay, overtime pay, and an end of season bonus. Come spend the summer with us and see why our staff is called family! We are hoping to find someone who can stay through the end of September, but college students that may need to leave earlier are also encouraged to apply. Unfortunately, NO pets are allowed.
