The Executive Sous Chef assists the Executive Chef in supervising food production for all Dining Rooms, banquet events, and other functions at the Resort.  He/She assumes leadership of back-of-house leadership in the absence of the Executive Chef.  The Executive Sous Chef assists in menu planning, training, food quality, guest experience, and employee supervision.

This is a full-time, year-round position with a complete benefits package.
