Assists A-Frame Manager with all operations pertaining to the front of house operations of food and beverage and can also assist and work closely with kitchen operations.
Supervises employees in food & beverage operations. (can include Cooks, Cashiers, Bussers, and Bartenders and Servers)
Interacts positively with customers to ensure they are receiving the best food product/experience and works well with all other F&B staff and other A-Basin staff.
Works with F&B Director on scheduling, menu, COS and overall P&L management.
Assigns the opening and closing duties of the front of the house F&B operation.
Accurately records and turns in the daily deposit for all outlets.
Manages the financial budget of operation and ensures cost control measures are taken in order to stay within assigned guidelines for labor, COS, and controllable expenses.
Responsible for checking in product that has been ordered and ensures the accuracy of the invoice, putting all the stock away and practicing “First In, First Out” for rotation of food product in coolers, refrigerators and dry storage.
Ensures the cleanliness of the cafeteria, deck and bar areas including bathrooms and food service area, while safety and sanitation guidelines are practiced.
Assists with special functions, including group functions.
Responsible for counting inventory at the end of each month
Responsible for ordering all front of house food items such as incidentals, beverages & condiments
TIPS Certification (We will provide certification opportunity).
Serve Safe Certification (We will provide certification opportunity).
Ability to work with guests in all types of situations.
2 Years Cash handling Experience required
2 Years Management or Supervisor Experience required
