Oversee back of house operations in A Frame Lodge Kitchen / 6th Alley Restaurant
Daily tasks and responsibilities:
Train and supervise all kitchen staff
Responsible for managing personnel labor dollars and COS food.
Must be able to follow, write and enforce recipe standards.
Responsible for cleanliness, safety and sanitation for all areas of the kitchen.
Responsible for monthly inventory
Assist in ordering product
Minimum 3 year kitchen management experience - Required
Culinary degree - Preferred
Must be able to manage prep lists and multiple station tasks at once.
Must be proficient in time/ temperature management.
Must understand the basics of food production and be able to manage the food production in our unique kitchen environment.
