Come join the Rustler team this winter! With ski-in, ski-out access to Alta Ski Resort, great employee food, and access to amenities, living and working at the Rustler Lodge is a great experience.

We are in search of an experienced line cook to join our hotline, however, we would also consider folks with less experience for other line cook roles. 

Our kitchen is clean, efficient, and highly organized. It is run by a head chef who has been here for 32 years. We have a fine-dining restaurant here in the building that is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We make everything from scratch including all stocks, sauces, and baked goods. Our kitchen is a teaching kitchen and a great way to learn fine-dining cooking from an experienced chef and sous chef team. 

We have dormitory housing available here in the building as well as off-site housing with private queen rooms. Room and board is $125 a paycheck. 

A ski pass is included as part of compensation. 

Our season ends on April 21st-26th (depending on position)

Unfortunately, we are not supporting international visas at this time.
