(Candidates 16+ are eligible to work our shoreside positions, but candidates must be at least 18 years old to work onboard our vessels and live on property.)

(You must be at least 21 years of age to sell alcohol on our vessels and at our shoreside venues.)

Alaskan Dream Cruises is a drug free workplace. All employees are subject to drug testing upon reasonable suspicion that they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, legal or illegal. If at any time an employee fails to pass the drug screening, that individual’s employment with Alaskan Dream Cruises will be terminated immediately without exception. Any failure of a drug test may become part of a government record.

It is important to note that despite recent changes to many states laws, marijuana remains a drug listed in Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act. It remains unacceptable for any employee serving in the maritime industry and subject to pre-employment and random drug testing under the DOT’s drug testing regulations - 49 CFR Part 40 – and according to company policy to use marijuana.
