The Inside Staff position is responsible for serving, housekeeping, and kitchen duties for the lodge. These duties include but are not limited to the following.
- Cleaning guest rooms and cabins
- Cleaning the lodge daily
- Preparing guide equipment for use
- Tray delivery
- Preparation of all lodge coffee
- Serving all guest meals
- Turn down service
- Lodge and employee laundry
- Kitchen assistance
- Office assistance
We are a small Alaskan sport-fishing lodge focused on achieving the height of customer satisfaction. We employ a team of 21 professionals who are knowledgeable, friendly, and geared toward outdoor adventure! A typical season runs from June to mid-September. Applicants should be available for the entirety of the season.

A love of the outdoors is a plus! We are looking for Inside staff members to join our team.
Room and Board
Housing and meals are provided to employees at no charge. Employees are housed in private cabins or rooms with shared community bathhouses. All bed linens and towels are provided.
Getting Here and Getting Around
Point of hire is King Salmon, AK. Unless other arrangements are made, employees should plan to arrive in King Salmon on the agreed-upon date and depart similarly. Once in King Salmon, employees will be greeted at the airport by one of our pilots and flown approximately 30 miles to our remote lodge
