Inside Lodge Staff

We are hiring a couple of Inside Lodge Staff to join us for the 2025 season! This position is primarily housekeeping and waitstaff based. Duties will include, but notbe  limited to:

• Cleaning Guest Rooms

• Cleaning Lodge Common Areas

• Serving Guest Breakfast/Dinner

• Laundry

• Guest Hospitality

We are a small Alaskan sport-fishing lodge focused on achieving the height of customer satisfaction. We employ a team of 19 professionals who are knowledgeable, friendly, and geared toward outdoor adventure! A typical season runs from Early June to Late-September. Applicants should be available for the entirety of the season.

Our lodge does not exist without the contributions of its individual team members. In addition, applicants should be physically fit, non-smokers, available from early June through mid September. A love of the outdoors is a plus! We are looking for an Inside staff member to join our team. Serving and housekeeping experience are needed.

Room and Board

Housing and meals are provided to employees at no charge. Employees are housed in private cabins or rooms with shared community bath houses. All bed linens and towels are provided.

Getting Here and Getting Around

Point of hire is King Salmon, AK. Unless other arrangements are made, employees should plan to arrive in King Salmon on the agreed upon date and depart similarly. Once in King Salmon, employees will be greeted at the airport by one of our pilots and flown approximately 30 miles to our remote lodge.
