CDL Passenger Bus Operator/Guide: Want a fun and exciting seasonal job in Juneau, Alaska? Alaska Galore Tours, Harv and Marv Outback Alaska, and Juneau Lighthouse Tours are looking for safe and reliable seasonal CDL Passenger Bus operators/guides to join our team for the 2024 season. This position requires:

• Transporting guests from various pick-up locations to Auke Bay
• Driving guests (with a guide) on sightseeing tours
• Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Drivers must be clean, organized and dependable
• Adherence to a strict printed daily schedule
• Class A, C, or B CDL w/ passenger endorsement
• USDOT required pre-employment and random substance screening throughout the season
• Mandatory pre-season training beginning in Late-April

Wages DOE, Drivers also receive tips. Candidates should be prepared to provide professional and personal references upon request.

Whale Watching Vessel Captain: Join Juneau's best whale watching team! Our whale watching captains operate 6 - 49 passenger vessels that range from 30 - 50 feet in length. Captains are responsible for maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere while demonstrating a high level of vessel knowledge, local information, customer service and an understanding of vessel maintenance.

Captain is responsible for the safe and enjoyable operation of tours, working well with the assigned crew while providing a fun and memorable experience for our guests.

Candidates must have a passion for Alaska, marine wildlife and a wiliness to share this with others. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience as a captain with a 25+ ton USCG license for inspected vessels.

• Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Guide/Naturalists must be clean, organized and dependable
• Adherence to a strict printed daily schedule
• Must have 2 years guiding experience - some substitutions may be accepted
• USCG required pre-employment and random substance screening throughout the season
• Mandatory pre-season training beginning in Late-April
