Grounds Crew/Ranch Hand/Maintenance

Ranch Hand: Works as a member of the Grounds Crew/Ranch Hand team, reports to Maintenance Director. Key traits for success: work ethic, stamina, independence, responsibility, teamwork.

Essential responsibilities include:

• All areas of general facility and property upkeep
• Maintenance of ranch vehicles, equipment, buildings, machinery, roads, fences, and infrastructure. This includes vehicles, equipment, buildings, machinery, roads, and infrastructure.
• Landscaping, mowing, golf course upkeep, sprinkler system maintenance, fencing, tree trimming, firewood cutting, trail maintenance, weed control, fertilizing, trash and recycling, special projects (including carpentry and welding) and other tasks
• Assistance with guest transportation to and from cookouts

During times when Ranch Hands are not needed for their regular duties, they are expected to help in other departments.

All Grounds Crew staff work a 6-day work week with an average of 8 hours per day. They must be able to lift/carry at least 50 pounds.
