We are building an IT team at Yellowstone Forever! We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager and IT Support Specialists.
The Information Technology Infrastructure Manager plans, organizes, and manages staff and overall operations to ensure the stable operation of the organization's IT infrastructure. This includes developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas, particularly network infrastructure, server infrastructure, workstations, and telecommunications systems. The Infrastructure Manager will also schedule and direct activities to resolve hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion. The ability to manage various tasks in multiple locations is essential. Success in this position requires high-degrees of customer service orientation, time and project management, problem resolution, and employee development.
The Information Technology Support Specialist plays a critical role in Yellowstone Forever’s operations, working with staff and vendors to build and maintain IT-related systems that support our business. This position responds to technology issues, analyzes the issues and facilitates the resolution of issues in an effective and timely manner. When issues arise that are outside of the individual’s ability the IT Support Specialist works with staff and vendors to facilitate a timely resolution. Responsibilities of this position also include running reports, issue escalation, documentation, and other tasks as assigned. The ability to accomplish various tasks in multiple locations is critical. Success in this position requires high-degrees of customer service orientation, time and task management, problem analysis, communication, multi-tasking and follow-through.
