Wildman Adventure Resort

Overlooking the rapids, and nestled within the old growth forest of the North Woods, the Wildman Adventure Resort offers many outdoor adventures ranging from mild to wild. Wildman Adventure Resort has two resort locations; one along the rapids of the Peshtigo River, and the other along the nearby Menominee River. Both offer breathtaking scenery and the most challenging whitewater in the Midwest.

Primary activities at the Ranch include half day raft and inflatable kayak trips on the class III Peshtigo and class IV Menominee Rivers. WWR also offers half day challenge course activities, Sea Kayak tours, ATV rides, rock climbing, paintball and much more! Rafting with Wildman Whitewater

Wildman Ranch has a river front campground area as well as cabins that range from rustic to deluxe. Our facilities also include a small retail store, restaurant, golf course and photo shop. Activities are available from April through October with peak season being Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

We are accepting applications for the following positions for summer 2013:

High Ropes Course Guide/Facilitator

Other Positions:

Action Photographer
Action Videographer
Office and Telephone Reservationists

Preference is given to applicants who have various certifications including CPR, First Responder, Swiftwater Rescue, AMGA affiliate and top rope experience, and C.D.L.

Preference is also given to those that are available from mid May through the beginning of September.

Applicants must be 18 years old at date of hire.

Applicants must be drug free.

Room and Board

Individual onsite housing is available and is traded for various tasks around the facility.

Some meals are provided in exchange for help with meal service. There is an employee lounge in addition to the living quarters. It is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, satellite TV, DVD player, and wireless internet access.

We offer a competitive wage as well as tips and an “end of season” bonus to employees who complete their contracts in good-standing. During peak season, employees are given at least one day off per week to enjoy the local area. We provide our employees with complimentary trips for friends and family.

Getting Here and Getting Around

Many of our employees have personal vehicles for transportation around the local area. A bike is a good idea for transportation around our campus.

The closest major airport is Austin Straubel International Airport (GRB) in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The airport is located approximately 1.5 hours from the Wildman Ranch. We can help arrange transportation to/from the airport.
