Jobs are full time as well as seasonal for Spring/Summer and Winter/Fall.
For Spring/Summer seasonal employees, The Ranch requests a commitment between April 1 and October 31, although May 1 through September 30 variable timeframes will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
This position will oversee AM Food Service operations, scheduling and managing staff of a Forbes Five Star Dining Room.
Purchase, maintain, and repair fleet of over 200 bikes for guest use at The Ranch. Assist in "bike wrangling" or moving bikes to proper locations for guest accessibility, and in providing for guest requests of changes to bikes, ie: training wheels, trailers, size changes, style changes, etc.
Lead and Manage the overall operations of the maintenance department and the appearance and working order of luxury ranch.

Work in sync with the executive chef while they are present or away furthering the Ranch at Rock Creek’s culinary goals.
Immediate opening for a Reservations Specialist. Must be computer savy, great phone edicacy, hospiatality experience prefered, organized and able to learn programs quickly.
The Ranch at Rock Creek is looking for Massage Therapists, Estheticians and Cosmetologists to join our spa team in May 2016. We are seeking passionate, licensed, professional, highly skilled, spa therapists who relish the opportunity to create 5 star memorable experiences for our guests.
Candidates should have a strong luxury hospitality mindset, geared toward a Relais & Chateaux property and a Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotel. Year after year, our most successful staff are those who are self-motivated, confident, good at multi-tasking and creating special connections, and who, above all, show impeccable work ethic. The desire to work as a team and go above and beyond the call of duty when necessary is what makes our Ranch so special.
Room and Board
Room and board is provided. Breakfast is continental style (milk, cereal, etc). Lunch is prepared for staff every day. Employees are responsible for their own dinners. Staff housing includes a large kitchen/dining area that includes two state of the art industrial stoves, 3-4 refrigerators, a microwave, washers/dryers, etc.
There is a sizable staff living room with TV, games and WiFi. There is Verizon cell coverage at the ranch.
Getting Here and Getting Around
The local airports are Missoula or Butte Montana. We can arrange for a driver to pick you up at the airport upon your arrival. Everything is within walking or biking distance to and from the staff quarters.
The Ranch at Rock Creek staff enjoys Montana at its finest. There is exceptional access to hiking, camping and backpacking in the Anaconda-Pintler Wilderness. There are plenty of chances to try new hobbies, such as horseback riding, archery, ice skating or sapphire mining. Southwest Montana is an excellent place for budding photographers, who will see some of the most diverse wildlife in the United States.
In addition, staff members will find themselves steps away from Rock Creek, one of the world’s only Blue Ribbon trout streams. More fishing access is enjoyed on Flint Creek and Georgetown Lake. If you love to fly fish, there is almost no better place in the world to spend a season. Just 25 minutes away, Discovery Ski Area is an alpine skiing destination that becomes a mountain biking mecca in the summer.
