Year-Round Professional - PM Sous Chef
Dining room servers responsible for providing five-star personal service at breakfast, lunch or dinner in the lodge and in different dining spaces. Team player with previous serving experience. Starting at $14 per hour. Includes housing and staff meals. August 1 - January 1 seasonal
This position will oversee AM Food Service operations, scheduling and managing staff of a Forbes Five Star Dining Room.
A Driver at The Ranch at Rock Creek will be responsible for guest transportation. This includes airport pickups and drop-offs as well as transportation around the ranch. They will also physically check guests in and out of their accommodations, valet cars and help with guest luggage.
Experience with luxury resort necessary. Full time year round position. Deep cleaning, managing staff, scheduling, laundry and ordering supplies. Benefit package with insurance, PTO and Holiday pay.
Responsible for the effective oversight and efficient operation of the IT infrastructure at The Ranch at Rock Creek. Provide ongoing analysis and planning of information systems. Make decisions for changes, upgrades and new projects to facilitate meeting the dynamic business needs of the Ranch.
The Ranch at Rock Creek, Relais & Chateaux and the World's only Forbes Travel Guide Five Star Guest Ranch is seeking Laundry Attendant. Qualifications: Experienced, Reliable, Trustworthy, Friendly and Professional.
The Sous Chef assists the Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in their absence. This person has full control over the kitchen and is directly responsible for the food produced there. Sous Chefs with experience in a high-end resort environment will be successful in this role. 3-5 yrs exp pref.
Immediate opening for a Reservations Specialist. Must be computer savy, great phone edicacy, hospiatality experience prefered, organized and able to learn programs quickly.
Candidates should have a strong luxury hospitality mindset. Our most successful employees are those who are self-motivated, confident, good at multi-tasking and creating special connections, and who, above all, show impeccable work ethic. A love of the outdoors and an adventuresome spirit are crucial. The desire to work as a team and go above and beyond the call of duty when necessary is what makes our Ranch so special.
Room and Board
Room and board is available for $8/day, and includes housing, breakfast, and lunch. Breakfast is continental style (bagels, cereal, yogurt, etc). Lunch is prepared for staff every day. Employees are responsible for their own dinners, and kitchens are available for use, either in the unit or in a common area. Company housing is shared and houses anywhere from 3-6 people depending on the structure. Private or co-ed housing is not available. Pets are not allowed.
Those who wish to live off-site may find rentals in Philipsburg, MT.
Employees have access to TV, movies, games, and WiFi in a common recreation area. Employees are encouraged to take advantage of activities offered at The Ranch, which includes fly fishing, horseback riding, snowshoeing, archery, ropes course, paintball, and more. Hiking and biking abound in the local area. Bicycles are provided for all employees in the summer months to get you around The Ranch. Employees may also participate in our Rodeo held each Tuesday during the summer.
Employees who successfully complete the season will be eligible for a bonus.

Getting Here and Getting Around
All employees are encouraged to bring a vehicle, as it will allow you to explore the surrounding areas.
Missoula International Airport (MSO) is 87 miles from The Ranch and is serviced by Alaska Airlines, Frontier, United, Delta, and Allegiant. A shuttle can be arranged with advance notice to bring you to The Ranch if necessary.
The Ranch at Rock Creek staff enjoys Montana at its finest. There is exceptional access to hiking, camping and backpacking in the Anaconda-Pintler Wilderness. There are plenty of chances to try new hobbies, such as horseback riding, archery, ice skating or sapphire mining. Southwest Montana is an excellent place for budding photographers, who will see some of the most diverse wildlife in the United States.
In addition, staff members will find themselves steps away from Rock Creek, one of the world’s only Blue Ribbon trout streams. More fishing access is enjoyed on Flint Creek and Georgetown Lake. If you love to fly fish, there is almost no better place in the world to spend a season. Just 25 minutes away, Discovery Ski Area is an alpine skiing destination that becomes a mountain biking mecca in the summer.
