Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate is professional, out-going, enthusiastic and loves the outdoors. He or she must have a "whatever it takes" attitude and be willing to join a team that provides only the highest level of guest service and attention to detail.

Room and Board

Housing, all meals and utilities are provided for all employees at no cost to the employee. Individuals may share a house or may have their own apartment but all will have their own bedroom and bathroom on the property.

Perks

Year-round employees are offered health insurance after 90 days, at no cost to the employee. 401K after one year, 2 weeks paid vacation after 50 work weeks

Getting Here and Getting Around

A 4WD is recommended as we are located on a dirt road. Employees must provide a vehicle. Access the ranch via Steamboat Springs, CO or Craig, CO.
