This position does both breakfast and dinner cooking, by covering days off for the Lodge Chef and Breakfast Cook 2 nights and 2 mornings per week.  We prefer at least one full season of commercial kitchen experience but are willling to train the right canidate.  Keeping the kitchen well-stocked and running smoothly will keep you busy each day. Attention to detail is a must to minimize product waste; high standards of kitchen cleanliness and sanitation are required.   Making soups and helping the baker are part of your daily responsibilities along with line-cooking and dish-washing. You must be able to work hard in a small kitchen while keeping level-headed during busy summer months and be able to see what needs to be done without being told.  This is a beautiful location to live and work.  20 kilometers of trails begin just outside the staff housing. 35-45 Hrs/wk. From $9/hr + tip share.  Position begins June 7 - Sept 15, 2013.  Room and board $200 per month.
