Position: Zip Line Course Manager

Overview: Our Colorado zip line courses have been designed and installed by Bonsai Designs, the leader in US canopy tour design and construction. In working with Bonsai Designs, we were able to install 2 truly "world class" zip line tours, the Classic Tour and the Exxxtreme Tour. Located on site with Royal Gorge Rafting and White Water Bar & Grill, three companies that work together to provide the best customer service and experience.

Job Duties:

· Supervising and scheduling guide staff

· Logistical operations of two separate zip line courses

· Assisting with training of new guides and refresher courses for existing guides

· Arranging other safety and training such as CPR and First Aid

· Assisting with driving, guiding, and guest services

· Reporting, recordkeeping, and maintaining compliance

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

· Education and two years of experience with ziplining or outdoor recreation

· Minimum of two years supervisory skills

· Computer skills with Excel and Google Doc knowledge

· Familiar with ACCT guidelines and state reporting procedures

· Must have good communication skills, leadership, and be a positive team player

· Must be able to work under pressure and handle stressful situations effectively

· Requires organization and facilitation skills along with time management

· Must be able to work seasonally from April through September

· Must be able to work weekends and long days if needed

· Valid Driver’s License is required
