Our Ideal Candidate...

Good communication skills, an excellent work ethic, and being in exceptional physical condition are required – not to mention a positive attitude and the ability to adapt to various working situations!  You may be hired for a specific position but may find yourself helping out in different areas.

"All you need is 20 seconds of insane courage, and I promise you something great will come of it.” …..perhaps the biggest leap of faith in my life to date was my decision to work in Montana this past summer.  On a whim, I applied to work at a private guest ranch in Central Montana, and can now say, without hesitation it has forever changed me. As a city girl from the suburbs of Chicago, traveling to a small rural town that boasts less than 1000 residents was intimidating.  I hoped for the best when boarding the plane in May and cried when I left in September. On top of making lifelong friends from all around the country, last summer gifted me with countless novel experiences…an opportunity of a lifetime." ~ Mallory B.
