Housing is available, with a nominal charge (approx. $150/month) deducted from paychecks and prorated for partial month stays. Housing includes all appliances, utensils, dishes, etc. and all utilities. No pets are allowed.
For those with RV's, Rare Earth will pay one half toward an RV site.

Retail Clerks: Wages are competitive and dependant upon experience. A positive mid-season review will result in a wage increase. An end of season bonus is given, based on performance.
Floor Supervisor:
Wages are dependant upon experience. This is a seasonal position only- but could become a year round job, for a 10 month working season. Great opportunity for the right person.
Employees and their immediate families also receive a discount on non-sale merchandise.

Our summer season is mid-April until late October. While we prefer those who can work early or late in the season, our biggest need for help is June through September. We normally call applicants as they apply. After the initial phone interview, we narrow down the applications and will call again, either to do further screening or let the applicant know he or she will not be hired. Final decisions are usually made by early April.
