Rare Earth Unlimited is a rock and gift shop located in West Yellowstone, Montana, the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Founded in 1989, the shop carries a variety of rocks, minerals, fossils and artifacts, as well as gifts, jewelry and souvenir items.

The store is open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. at the height of the season. Employees usually work five days a week, six to eight hours a day, averaging 40 hrs/week, either in split shifts or one shift with a dinner or lunch break.

Employees are asked to be cheerful, considerate and on time. Dress is casual but neat. Nose rings and brow rings are not allowed nor are offensive or controversial slogans on apparel. Sandals or open toed shoes are not allowed.
