Imagine spending your summer in one of the most beautiful places on earth, working for one of the most prestigious companies in the hospitality and tourism industry. At Westmark Hotels, a Holland America Line company, we offer summer seasonal employment opportunities at our Fairbanks, Tok, Skagway and Juneau locations where we pride ourselves in providing comfortable lodging, quality dining options and true Northern hospitality.
The popular Westmark Inn Skagway captures the spirit of the Klondike Trail with its Victorian decor, rustic setting and warm Alaskan hospitality. The mere mention of Skagway brings to mind those rough and ready days of Jack London and miners scrambling over the Chilkoot Trail in search of golden dreams and elusive riches. Skagway and the Westmark Inn today continue to reflect the charm and personality of those days gone by.
The "Gateway to Alaska", Tok sits at the crossroads for travelers heading north to Fairbanks or southwest to Anchorage, and is the first community inside the U.S. border along the famous Alaska Highway. Despite Tok’s remote location, you can enjoy the remarkable natural beauty and outdoor activities, or take advantage of the money-saving opportunities this small town can provide.
The Westmark Fairbanks Hotel & Conference Center, our flagship hotel, sets the standard for elegance, style, and service in the Golden Heart of Alaska. The frontier spirit that helped create Fairbanks is still strong today and is part of what makes Alaska's second largest city such a thriving community. Many of the local events and attractions can provide access to the rich natural and cultural history of the Interior.
The Westmark Baranof Hotel, located downtown within walking distance of the capital, cruise ship docks, shops and state offices, is the nine-story "Jewel of Juneau" and offers guests elegant, art-deco public areas and comfortable accommodations. Visitors to Juneau can treat themselves to a diverse number of popular attractions like the Mendenhall Glacier, Perseverance Theatre, and Eagle Crest Ski Area.
