Just as important as working for the good life, is findin' a place to enjoy it. The answer is at the Triangle C Dude Ranch in Wyoming, just 60 miles from Jackson Hole Airport, 30 minutes from Teton National Park, and Yellowstone and nestled down under Togwotee Pass in the Shoshone National Forest at an elevation of 7800'. The Dude Ranch Lodge sits on a bluff above the Wind River with views of the spectacular Pinnacle Mountains and the Absaroka Range.

Triangle C Wyoming Dude Ranch is family owned and operated. Our Ranch is the site of the Historical Tie Hack Camp on the beautiful Wind River and dates back to 1906. We pride ourselves in providing an extraordinary guest ranch experience with rustic elegance, rich in western hospitality, and 30 years of family owned and operated dude ranch history.

At the Triangle C Ranch we are very dedicated to the look, feeling and experience of a western lifestyle. We are looking for employees that are willing to work hard, play hard, and create an atmosphere for our guests that they will talk about for the rest of their lives. Everything we do here is all very hands on. The hard work is rewarding. We are located in the most beautiful country on earth, we want our employees to have an awesome experience while they are in Wyoming.

Recreation

We are 30 minutes from Grand Teton National Park, 45 min from Yellowstone and surrounded by national forest! There is a million different things to do here; hiking, fishing, swimming, white water rafting, rodeos, riding, biking, and so much more. We are close to Jackson Hole where a lot of our employees like to spend time on their day off. All the employees participate in the ranch activities; cookouts, square dances, volleyball, camping, boating, fishing, and more. On time off, we do allow staff to ride.

Room and Board

Housing options: Shared Cabin

We have cabins for all the staff. Depending on the size of the cabin, we fit 2 people per cabin. Some cabins have bathrooms and others have them nearby. Every meal is provided for you at the ranch, sometimes eating w/ the guests. We do have laundry facilities for staff as well.

Benefits

We offer our staff great compensation; free room and board, bi-monthly salary, and amazing tips. The summer positions vary in pay but the base pay rate is $850 per month. Tips are discretionary by the guests and the better guest service the better tips! We require that staff working directly with the guests are current with First Aid and CPR and we require all staff to have a valid driver’s license.

Transportation Info

We are located about 70 miles from Jackson Hole. We encourage everyone to bring their own car to give you more flexibility on your day off which will always be Sunday. Ranch vehicles are for ranch use only. We will arrange transportation from Jackson airport or surrounding airports if needed.
