Join us for a unique summer job experience in the quaint town of Talkeetna, Alaska. We run two separate businesses - a sport fishing company and a dog kennel business. Pick your favorite and spend the summer with us.

Talkeetna Adventure Company is a three part operation Talkeetna Fishing Guides, Talkeetna Sundog Kennel and Talkeetna Camp and Canoe. We offer Fishing, Iditarod Dog Ride and Tour, and Canoe and Cabin Rental. We are a mom and pop operation and both Kathleen and Jerry have lived in Alaska all their adult lives. We offer an adventurous summer to those that live and work with us here in the small community of Talkeetna.

Those joining our staff must have a love for the outdoors enjoy animals, children and the general public. We work hard ourselves and expect the same from our employees. If you like dogs and fishing this can be a fun rewarding place to work, and of course, monetarily beneficial.

Talkeetna is a small community in the Susitna River Valley. For the outdoor enthusiasts Talkeetna has hiking, biking, fishing, flying, camping, churches, and bars and can just be a fun place to spend your summer.
