St. Mary Lodge and Resort is the first breathtaking site you will see coming into Glacier National Park. It is one of the premier national park resorts in the country. Located at Glacier National Park’s east entrance, on the famed Going-to-the-Sun Road, St. Mary Lodge and Resort provides a combination of natural beauty with modern comforts. Our lodging includes 143 accommodations ranging from luxury to rustic, fine dining as well as café style dining, several shopping locations, many recreational activities and much more. We offer you the chance to experience it all, every year during our season, May 10 through October 31.

Recreation

St. Mary Lodge and resort is situated in a prime location for many recreational activities. A few include hiking, fishing, horseback riding, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, whitewater rafting, camping, backpacking, wildlife watching, photography and much more. We also offer an array of employee activities, for example, movie nights, group hikes, employee BBQ’s and bonfires, game nights, ping pong tournaments, basketball, volleyball, etc.

Room and Board

Housing options: Shared Cabin and Shared Room

Our employee housing is some of the nicest in the Glacier area. The employee village consists of 12 cabins, 6 female and 6 male. Each cabin has 4 bedrooms with 2 people assigned to each room. The cabins also have a small living area shared by all, as well as a dormitory style bathroom. We also provide 3 meals per day prepared by our kitchen staff. Room and board and meals will be provided to each employee at a minimal cost.

Free laundry services, internet and parking are also available.

Transportation Info

Pickups can be scheduled at several locations: Glacier Park International Airport, Great Falls International Airport, Kalispell bus station and East Glacier Amtrak station. Contact us to discuss any other area pickups.
