Summer Jobs in the Colorado Rockies

Seven Lakes Lodge and affiliated ranches are located in northwest Colorado. The Lodge is 35 miles from Meeker, and the ranching division is 12 miles from town.

Our employees are expected to be neat, mannered and conservatively dressed at all times. The team will consist of highly motivated employees that are honest, hard working, and dedicated to performing the best job possible. The owner’s privacy is of the up most importance.

Recreation

On your time off you can enjoy the White River Valley and all it has to offer. Hunting and fishing on public land. Camping, hiking, biking, and boating.

Room and Board

Housing options: Private Room

Housing is available for qualified employees. Each unit has a private bath and your own cooking facilities. Laundry facilities are available on site.

Staff on duty in the lodge will be provided a meal during their shift.

Benefits

Our seasonal staff is scheduled for May 1st thru September 15th. We operate seven days a week, and scheduling is as needed and may include nights and weekends. A 40- hour workweek is customary; however the job description may be split for two to three positions. Starting pay at the ranch is $10.00 per hour. You may receive a higher offer after considering your application and your skills, strengths and availability.

A background check is mandatory. A drug test is required prior to employment and randomly afterwards. There are no pets allowed at work; however, well-behaved pets may be considered at employee housing. There is a no smoking policy while on duty. A clean driving record is required to operate company vehicles.

Transportation Info

Seven Lakes Lodge is located in the northwest corner of Colorado. Availability of your own vehicle is recommended. However arrangements can be made to pick you up at the airports nearby: Grand Junction or Steamboat Springs. There is a Greyhound bus stop located at Glenwood Springs.
