AN INDUSTRY LEADER. From its modest beginnings in 1965 with a single ship cruising to Mexico, Princess Cruises has grown to become one of the world's premiere cruise lines. The Princess fleet of 17 ships carries more than one million passengers annually to more worldwide destinations than any other major cruise line. The administrative operations for this global company are managed from our corporate headquarters in Santa Clarita, California (just north of Los Angeles), with many key functions also operated from our Princess Tours offices in Seattle.

EXPANDING BRANDS. In 2003 Princess was acquired by Carnival Corporation and became affiliated with numerous other leading cruise brands including Carnival Cruise Lines, Holland America Line and Seabourn Cruise Line. A year later the historic Cunard Line, another sister company, relocated its administrative, customer service, marketing and other operations functions to our Santa Clarita facilities. Although Princess and Cunard serve different demographics, their employees now work side by side and often take advantage of opportunities to transfer between companies.
A TEAM EFFORT. In addition to our Santa Clarita corporate headquarters, which serves as the campus for nearly 2,200 employees, our Seattle office employs over 450 team members. The employees based at the Seattle location work in such departments as Administration, Marketing, Safety and Compliance, Passenger Services, Inventory and Reservations. Princess Cruises and Tours employees enjoy a small company environment with large company advantages.
In addition to outstanding opportunities for career development and personal growth in an engaging and rewarding environment, Princess offers a highly competitive compensation package that includes:
